We are an independent business recovery and insolvency firm assisting small and medium sized businesses and private individuals.

Our core services are rescue, restructure, voluntary arrangements, administration, liquidation, bankruptcy and advisor consultancy.

As a small firm ourselves we can genuinely empathise with the issues facing the owner manager in the SME sector and from this position we adopt a pragmatic and personable approach. Introductory meetings and our initial advice are free and without obligation.

The firm was formed by Greg Whitehead, an accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner, in 2004 after 17 years in the profession.
